EtherCAT Node

The 'EtherCAT' represents the EtherCAT master. After adding EtherCAT modules, these are contained as child elements under the 'EtherCAT' node.
All editors for setting up the EtherCAT network and configuring the master are accessible by double-clicking the 'EtherCAT' node.
