Y_Math_Toolbox differences with Math_Toolbox in MotionWorks IEC:
- ATAN2 is a Function.
- Calc3DCenter has an additional Radius output.
- CalcEndAngle is a Funtion.
- CalcStartAngle is a Function.
- CalcFrameOffset: Error and ErrorID outputs were added.
- InvertFrameMatrix: Error and ErrorID outputs were added.
- RECT_TO_POLAR: FB has Enable, Valid interface.
