iCube Engineer default parameters for CoE servopacks

The motion kernel makes use of certain parameters on the CoE servopacks to optimally operate the servos. These parameters are initialized by iCube Engineer when the user configures parameters. The list of parameters that are considered default iCube Engineer parameters (and that are different from the servopack's factory default set of parameters ) that support the motion kernel in operating the servos is given in this note.
