Semantic Error (SEM1008): A library with the name '...' does already exist.

The project contains two versions of the same library. Although iCube Engineer prevents the insertion of two libraries with the same name, it may occur that two versions of a library with different IDs but the same name cause this error.
Delete one of these libraries from the project.
