CIL Compiler Error (CILC3019): Meta format of the generated image exceeds the internal limit

The CIL compiler detected that the generated image is too big/complex. With this project, the runtime has reached its systemic limit and cannot execute the application. Possibly, too many classes are defined or there are too many variables defined in too many classes.
